Did you know that you could help your everyday emotional and spiritual life with Young Living Essential Oils? This past year, I have been experimenting with a lot of these “feeling” oils and have had great benefits from them. For instance, this past holiday season, I was experiencing a lot of emotional overload. I decided to try some Idaho Blue Spruce. I diffused it every night and made sure I put it on to start my day, during the day, and before bed. I put it on my wrists, behind my ears, at the nape of my head, and on my temples. After I did this I used the left over oil on my hands to cup over my nose and inhale deeply several times. The Northwestern Native Americans used Idaho Blue Spruce for many things and considered it to be a sacred tree used for many spiritual rites. I was able to let go of much of the emotional turmoil I was feeling and my entire emotional and spiritual system was feeling much balance and grounding. This helped me tremendously to appreciate the holidays as they were for me without the emotional turmoil they were causing me. Some other essential oils I have used to help with emotions are: Cedarwood, Frankincense, Clary Sage, Valor (blend), Lavender, Release(blend), Forgiveness(blend), Present Time(blend).
